This year it is planned to celebrate the 5th edition of the Malvasia Week from May 4 to 14, with the presentation of the new wines from the Hospital as a starting point (Palau Maricel, Friday, May 5 from 5 to 7 pm) .
On Monday 8, Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 May there will be tastings of wines made with Malvasía from Sitges to the wine bars El Raco del Vi, Vimesvi and Perbacco, open to all audiences, and Thursday May 11 a wine tasting at the School of Hospitality aimed at the professional sector with the El Grifo (Tenerife) winery.
And to accompany the wines of the Hospital, during the 10 days will be paired with tapas, dishes and menus to different establishments of the vil.la:
